Yes, the same return conditions apply to Second Chance products as to new products. You can easily register your return via the online return form.
A Second Chance product is a product that has been returned or exchanged by a customer. The product is checked by us and if it's in good condition, we give it a second chance. We'll tell you what is wrong with all Second Chance products. We describe it clearly and show the proof in the photo. That way, you know exactly what to expect.

With Second Chance products, you can expect the same delivery as with new products. Ordered before 23.59, is delivered tomorrow. Even on Sunday.
The same conditions apply to Second Chance as for new products. This means you can return products within 30 days for free and always get a 2-year warranty. There are a few exceptions:
Coolblue's Choice is the best product for you, according to our customers and experts. This product has the highest customer satisfaction rate because our customers hardly ever return it. That way, you can be sure you'll make the right choice.
Delivery address of pending order Once you've placed your order, you can no longer change the delivery address of that order yourself. How you can still change your address depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.
Delivery by PostNL Haven't received a shipping confirmation? Please contact our customer service to change your address. If you've already received a shipping confirmation, you can change your address via "Change delivery" in the Track and Trace of PostNL. If your package is already too far in the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible. Not even via customer service. There'll be a notification on your Track and Trace page. You can ask the residents of the wrong address if you can pick up the package there or ask them to refuse your package. Your order will be returned to Coolblue and you'll receive a refund within 5 days.
Delivery by Coolblue Please contact our customer service to change your address. If your order is already into the delivery process, the delivery time may also need to be adjusted if you change the address.
Delivery address in account Did you move and do you want to change the delivery address in your account? No problem! Go to 'Information' in your Coolblue account. You can easily adjust your delivery and invoice address.
