How does Free Dishwashing work?
Your dishwasher consumes water and energy. You pay for the water yourself. The energy is free between 12:00 and 15:00. Thanks to a smart connection to our partners, we can measure exactly how much energy you consume while dishwashing. This is possible with brands like Bosch or Siemens, which work with Home Connect. They share this data with us after you've given permission. You can see your personal consumption in your My Coolblue environment within 3 days.
Which energy contract do I need?
You need an energy contract from Coolblue Energy. Free Dishwashing works with a dynamic contract and a fixed contract. With a dynamic contract, you can see the discount on your invoice. With a fixed contract, you receive a separate invoice.
How does Free Dishwashing with solar panels work?
We'll settle the energy that your dishwasher consumes as a discount. Even when you're using your own solar power.
What if my dishwasher cycle falls outside the 12:00 to 15:00 period?
Only the part between 12:00 and 15:00 is free. You pay the regular energy rate for the energy you consume before 12:00 or after 15:00.
