You have an energy contract with Coolblue Energy and a smart Samsung washing machine. You gave permission in the Coolblue App to wash for free. This means that you always pay € 0 in energy costs between 12:00 and 15:00. All of this while you do laundry. For example, do you put your laundry in at 13:30 and does it take 3 hours? It's € 0 until 15:00, and then you pay the hourly rate that applies at that time for the remaining cycle duration.

You'll receive the CoolblueCredit in your personal Coolblue account within 4 months after you start receiving energy from us. We do check whether you meet the conditions. You can find these on your contract.

Do you have dynamic energy at Coolblue Energy and is the price lower than € 0? That rate applies, of course. That means it's free and you even earn a little money by doing laundry.

By Free Washing, we mean that you don't pay energy costs for the laundry you do between 12:00 and 15:00. Detergent, water, or other costs for your laundry aren't energy costs and unfortunately aren't free.

You can easily save a few dozens of euros per year. But this depends on your current washing machine and energy rates, of course.
