How does Free Washing and Drying between 12:00 and 15:00 work?

You have an energy contract with Coolblue Energy and a Samsung appliance. You gave permission in the Coolblue App to wash and dry for free. This means that you always pay € 0 in energy costs between 12:00 and 15:00. All of this while you do laundry. For example, do you put your laundry in at 13:30 and does it take 3 hours? It's € 0 until 15:00, and then you pay the hourly rate that applies at that time for the remaining cycle duration.

Will I be able to wash and dry in 3 hours?

Samsung has a complete wash and dryer cycle that's done with 5kg of laundry in 2 hours. So you even have an hour to fold your laundry!

When do I receive my cashback?

You receive the cashback on your bank account after you pay the first invoice.

I already have a (different) washing machine and dryer, can I wash for free with that as well?

Free Washing and Drying is only possible with a suitable Samsung or Beko washing machine or dryer. Is your current appliance still in good condition? Take out a dynamic energy contract at Coolblue Energy. As a customer, you always get a discount on energy-efficient products. That's useful when your current washing machine or dryer does need to be replaced!

Do I also get reimbursed for the costs of detergent and water?

By Free Washing and Drying, we mean that you don't pay energy costs for the laundry you do between 12:00 and 15:00. Detergent, water, or other costs for your laundry aren't energy costs and unfortunately aren't free.

How much do I save with Free Washing and Drying?

You can easily save a few dozens of euros per year. But this depends on your current appliance and energy rates, of course.
