Ordering online:
- Choose your washing machine, fridge, or fridge freezer combination from the assortment.
- Fill out your address information and the preferred delivery time.
- Choose "Redeem gift card" on the payment page.
- Fill out your Stadspas number and security code (you can find the code on the back of your Stadspas).
- Pay the residual amount.
- You'll receive a confirmation with the delivery date via email.

How can I redeem my Stadspas discount online?
You can order online with your Amsterdamse Stadspas. Choose a product from the available assortment and enter your information. On the payment page, choose 'Redeem gift card' and enter the information of your Stadspas. The € 300 discount will be deducted.
Which products can I buy with my Stadspas?
Washing machines with an A energy label or higher and fridges with a C energy label r higher. For compact fridges, you can also choose a D energy label. You have to pay at least € 50 for all purchases.
Can I visit the store as well?
You can make an appointment to visit one of our stores. With an appointment, you'll be helped faster.
Where can I find the security code of my Stadspas?
The security code is on the back of your Amsterdamse Stadspas. You can find this in the Amsterdam app.

Call the municipality via 020-2526000. Or go to the promotion on the website of the Municipality of Amsterdam.
