I have wusthoff knives and they are very good. The disadvantage with this sharpener is that you cannot fully sharpen your knife. The back of these knives is slightly thicker and does not fit through the grooves of the sharpener so you have to remove the cap from the sharpener before you can sharpen the back. For the rest, the knife is really very sharp afterwards and perfect for use!
