I have very long (below the bra band), straight, fine and colored Chinese hair. Curls often don't stay that long for me or they almost fall out completely. My goal with the remington was to make a light stroke at the ends of my hair. I went for a beachy/romantic look, so to speak. I used this in the travel curl set from Carmen that I only applied to the ends of my hair, but I had the idea that I had too little control over the curl, it also made my hair a bit frizzy. I think this time I grabbed too big strands of hair (didn't have that much time left), which made the curl too limp. So a tip is not to take too large sections of hair to curl, maybe 5-6 strands per side (I had 4 per side this time), depending on how much hair you have (I have fine hair, but medium amount of hair ).
