Owned the Solis Caffespresso Pro 117 for a few weeks now. A robust machine and a beautiful eye-catcher on the counter with the illuminated keys. I was looking for something a bit more hip than the more traditional machines like the Gaggia Classic or the Rancillio Silvia. This machine succeeded. The machine comes complete, with a tamper, milk frother and no fewer than 4 filters (2 with a double-walled bottom and 2 with a single-walled bottom - respectively for pre-ground coffee and for self-ground coffee). Furthermore, a needle and some tools for the coffee spout and steam pipe. I find it useful that the machine heats up quickly, you can also tap hot water and you can easily switch between frothing milk and making coffee (the machine flushes itself to quickly get the right temperature). The price is quite hefty, I don't dare to say anything about durability yet, but there seems to be no cutbacks.
