This is now my third Sharp combi microwave. I looked at other brands for a while, but was soon back at Sharp. Because of my long experience with the Sharp combi microwave, I don't want anything else anymore. The good thing is that two baking trays are now included. I never had that with my old combi-microwaves. Very nice. I still recommend the touch keys. And I really like the side opening. Because it is built in at a height in our house and I am rather small in stature, I do not suffer from a downward opening oven door that I have to bend over. The only thing I miss is the digital clock.
