I purchased the Fetch Mount for my two dogs; a Jack Russel and a Retriever, aiming to get great shots from the backs of my two dogs. Compared to my Retriever, my Jack Russel is a lot smaller, so I was afraid that the Fetch Mount would not fit on my Jack Russel. The dog's head goes between the breastplate and the backplate and by means of three straps, two behind the front legs and one under the belly, the Fetch Mount is held perfectly in place.
