I was able to buy a Second Chance and I must say great. I did hesitate to buy the Second Chance because I wasn't sure if everything would be okay, my suspicions turned out to be unfounded. I do find that the water reservoir is very difficult to release, I even thought I was going to break it, I had to pull it so hard. I do miss an on and off button, the machine does go to sleep after 9 minutes, which means that the heating elements are switched off. I'd rather have a button that I'm sure doesn't consume any more power. So I have to pull the plug every time. I had a Magimix and it made quite a bit of noise, it is also not very quiet, but the sound is not that bad. Other than that, it's a beautiful thing and goes very well with my other Kitchenaid appliances.
