I bought the device about 3 months ago because the previous device needed to be replaced. However, the first sample that was delivered showed signs of use (remains of a sticker that was removed & door that was mounted crookedly).
Coolblue customer service contacted and excellent further assistance. Returned the problem unit without any hassle and got a refund within a few days. I placed a new order the same day so that I could receive a new device the next day.
