After using it for about 3 weeks we thought to share our experience. We have been baking with baking machines for years and when our previous one broke down, we immediately started looking for a new one. For the less experienced among us, a machine with 2 kneading hooks makes your bread fluffier and the ingredients are kneaded better and harder (see a baker with 2 hands). We soon found out that there are not many of these machines. There were 2 left over the Dymo and this one that met our expectations. We chose the Inventum.
You get a very large box, with not lied exactly to size 2 boxes reassembled in it from Inventum itself. The explanation is pretty simple, and it's pretty much just drop and go. You have 12 programs of which we now use about half. We did miss the pre-heating so that the yeast can start working, but that's just an afterthought. What we immediately noticed is that the machine is still fairly quiet. We use fresh heavy whole wheat or multigrain flour from the mill (not supermarket stuff), and most machines are noisier. The timer that we have used a few times also works perfectly if you want fresh bread in the morning. You lubricate the hooks with oil beforehand and they then release easily after baking with gentle shaking. Then carefully fish it out of your bread with a dull knife and you're done. To clean the bins properly, never use knives or brushes!!!!!Let the bin filled with water sit quietly for 5 to 10 minutes, tip it empty, wipe it with a cloth and you're done. What we found very annoying is that there is no separate on/off switch, so you have to pull the plug again when you're not using it.
All in all, a very good machine that generally looks better than the more expensive types. It can handle almost all common programs and what you make it does well. Recommended.

see above, not recommended, maybe when you occasionally bake, but not when using 2-3 times a week

We bought these to knead a gluten-free and a normal bread at the same time and then bake them in the oven. But the gluten-free dough does not knead at all, there is hardly any movement. Followed up on suggestions from Inventum, varied everything (all water first, water afterwards, reduce quantities). Kneading by hand is better! Also 1 loaf in the large container, not nearly full, produced the same problem (full baking program). Previous 2 "brand X" machines worked fine. Baking performance is good in itself, regular dough also works fine, but advertising with gluten-free dough if that doesn't work at all is wrong. We try something else and return it differently, because the machine does not do what it promises. And why does a long beep sound when switching on or off, if necessary?
