Reboot after installation. Office crashed frequently. It takes some getting used to because things have changed but that's getting used to. But that some functions do not work properly (lookout outlook / sort conversations and excel when selecting a cell does not work or often jump back to the cell that is selected)

I say wait until the teething problems are gone. I bought 5 licenses but 4 I have not installed yet. They will continue to run in 2011.
