I really like the DEX16! Plug in and turn. Because I do not use the direct drain, every now and then I have to empty the 2 liter container. Once the bin is full, the DEX16 will stop automatically. It is very quiet on concrete/stone ground. If I put it on parquet with a hollow surface (crawl space), you will hear a hum.
