Printer is 2 years old. We have been missing parts of the text for about 3 months now. Cleaned every time and that worked for a few weeks. In the last few weeks, that doesn't help anymore. Contacted HP and they say this is a known issue with this printer. Repair is just as expensive as a new one and advice was to get a new one but a different model.
