But in the event of a power failure, it thaws within 10 hours and with the Samsung it took 24 hours. But in the 9 years of use I have never been without power for more than 24 hours. What is also very important is that it comes with a new kind of compressor that is really quiet. Yes, you do hear something, but compared to the previous one, it is really pleasantly quieter!! The interior lighting at the front is also an improvement than lighting at the back. With the lighting in the back you get that when you, quite inevitably, put products in it, the light is blocked and it becomes "dark" in the fridge. Now that the LG is full and with the lighting in the front, everything remains well lit and also in the back!
A small minus is the temperature display. This only shows the setting and not the temp at the moment. What is handy is that this indication goes out after a while due to energy saving and when you operate the buttons or open the door it reappears.
