According to our alarm system expert
The eTiger S3b-S GSM alarm system consists of 2 motion detectors, 2 window/door sensors, 2 remote controls, and 2 NFC tags. You can expand the set to include up to 50 sensors of your own choosing. When the system detects something, it'll set off the integrated alarm with a 100-decibel audio signal. You'll then receive a notification via an SMS, a push notification via the app, or a phone call. You can configure up to 10 phone numbers that you want the system to notify in the event of a threat. It's also possible to enter a phone number on the control panel, which can be useful if you're not carrying your phone with you. It's easy to switch the alarm on or off with the remote control, NFC tag, or the smartphone app (iOS and Android). The alarm system uses AC power and has backup batteries, which can be useful in the event of a power failure.
Note: this alarm system uses a SIM card, which must be purchased separately.

Good, I was looking for a simple alarm for securing 1 room with a motion detector and alarm notification via SMS, simple, no other keys and bells.
This alarm is a simple alarm, with notification via SMS (only 2G I think, and that will no longer be supported in 3 - 4 years, I'm afraid) and a few detectors, for a quite acceptable price.
It also does what it's supposed to do at first glance, so far so good.
What is less good about it: very loud beep when operating the keys, and this cannot be set, setting the alarm is only via SMS (app only takes care of formatting the SMS) so slow and a bit of misery, and few adjustment options.
+/- OK for this price.
What's a joke, though, is e-tiger's quality control:
SO: only take this if you want to persevere, and make it a sport to keep trading until success! I also came across 4 other reviews (of this product and of eTiger S3b-SV, coolblue's choice, but exactly the same basic unit) in which customers also complain about the quality of the keyboard.
ie; actually the keyboard doesn't pull much, so buying this is hoping for luck. This also does not give confidence about the quality of the whole.
Fortunately I have a really decent alarm for my house, and it serves something else: for security of my house I would never take this (I used to install alarm systems, so I know a bit what I'm talking about)
If I were to buy one again, I would buy an eTiger S4-C-EU, that has real keys.
As far as coolblue is concerned: of course everything is in order: immediate response, immediate exchange procedure started, etc... as I am used to and expect from them! Top employees
From coolblue itself.... maybe pay more attention to customer returns (this really can't be the only case, see also the other responses), respond to this and follow up the supplier. I wouldn't dare indicate this myself as 'coolbue's choice (eTiger S3b-SV, same hardware)

I recommend this product.
The installation of the product is simple and clearly described in the manual. It is useful to download the complete manual from the internet.
The range of the motion sensors is more than sufficient (6M). At first I thought they weren't working but this is caused by the standby mode which is activated when the sensor fires several times in a minute. For example, if you turn on the alarm, then pass the sensor, then turn it off, and repeat this, this will not work. After 3 min the sensor becomes active again.
The door sensors are easy to install with double-sided tape. The sensors can also be placed at an angle of 90 degrees, in connection with the doorpost.
The touchpad also works well and the "keys" illuminate when entered. The touch is not on the number itself but slightly below it. I read complaints about the touchpad in the reviews, which is probably caused by this. You will get used to it after 3 times!
The app works via SMS, but there are costs involved. You can enter enough numbers that will be called or receive a text message if the alarm goes off.
Delay time, siren and duration can all be set per SMS.
All in all a nice gadget for the money.

I have ordered an extra remote control but it is impossible to connect it to the etiger s3b. The touchscreen also doesn't work properly. I can only switch the system on and off by means of the remote control or the tag (only switch off with the tag) or via text message. I also have a sensor hanging at about 15 meters with some walls in between. This sensor is also rarely detected by the system. Only buy the alarm system if you really need one for little money. You have to take into account the many negatives.
