Description

Gain insight into your heart rate with the Kettler Stroker. To do so, you use the included heart rate strap to show your heart rate on the display. Besides your heart rate, you'll also see your time, distance, and total stroke count. Want to make your training harder or lighter? Use one of the 8 resistance levels to change the intensity. After using the Kettler Stroker, simply place the rowing machine upright so it doesn't take up as much space.
