On the first machine, the bowl handle broke off pretty quickly. This has of course been solved well by Coolblue. The 2nd one quickly popped the mixing bowl off, and the head didn't lock. This has again been resolved successfully. I now own the 3rd one. This one works perfectly. I use it for small smooth doughs. But you can't turn rye dough etc. with it. But other models in this size probably have trouble with that too. Whipping cream will certainly do you good.
