Urgently needed alternative cardio training due to runner injuries. The device here meets all expectations. Even without resistance you have to push hard, so by maintaining a good pace I can easily match my running heart rate. Assembly receipt / appointment not needed (I needed it right away so I couldn't wait for an appointment). Assembled the device completely yourself (woman) according to the clear step-by-step plan.
