I use the lamp immediately when I wake up while I am still in bed. And after getting up I take the lamp to the kitchen table for breakfast and later work from home with the laptop. It is super convenient to move. I notice that now that I use the lamp, I spontaneously wake up earlier. Just like it's summer.

I think it's an ideal device. It is nice and compact and therefore easy to move indoors, so you can use it in multiple places. I used to have a colossal Philips thing, but I couldn't just put it anywhere in the house. I can also easily take this new device with me outdoors. He is very bright, but that takes some getting used to. There are two positions on it, great for this price. It would have been even nicer if you could dim the light to the desired strength, but oh well, I don't mind. However, the cord could have been a little longer, because I now have to sit close to a socket or use an extension cord. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. In the dark days it gives me more energy in the morning and I am more awake. I am satisfied!
