I've looked at and compared a lot of toasters; from cheap to pricey, brand to unbranded, small to large. Finally I saw this toaster from Domo, a brand I was unfamiliar with, and it had very good reviews. Even better reviews than Philips and Tefal toasters, so that won me over.
What I found very important was that the grid had long slots, because in a 'normal' toaster, slices of bread never fit upright in the grid and you have to turn them every time. With these you can just put them horizontally in the grid and they also toast nicely evenly. Square sandwich bread will of course fit in it and it can hold four slices of bread instead of two. I am very fond of pita breads and these are also nice and crispy and just four fit in the grid at the same time.
I have to say that so far I am very satisfied with the toaster.
