I already had an Airfloss, but it once kissed the floor and leaked at the point where you click the tips (those straws or attachments) into the device. Then I used it again in the shower and he didn't like it. He did nothing more. So looking for a new one...
That's how I ended up with this model. It was a second chance, but second chances also deserve a second chance, so ordered. A day later, the postman was already standing on the doorstep with the familiar pink, er blue box.
To my surprise, this Airfloss looked exactly like my old one, so the design must be ok. However, it differs in a few points. One of them is the super handy refill station. That one is really handy. No more messing around with a freshly opened bottle of mouthwash, which is way too full, so that when you refill the Airfloss, through the much too small hole, you pour half of it next to it. Now place the Airfloss in the holder and press it against the refill station. This causes the Airfloss to bubble full and when it is full, the refill station automatically stops. What an invention. A must for the Airlosser!
A second difference with my old Airfloss is the puff adjustability. Yes, you can set that. One, two or three puffs of mouthwash between your teeth. This Airfloss also puffs a little less hard than my old one, which I do like.
And then the downside. Well, not really a downside, but Philips provides other tips (attachments) with this Airfloss. The cup of the old tips looked something like this: }. That excellent point fell exactly between your picks. The new one is just fall, so it takes a while to feel when it's in the right place. No, you can't see that by air releasing with your mouth open, because then the mirror will be under the mouthwash in no time.
Conclusion: I'm happy with this new purchase! It does what it's supposed to do and much more than that. Another top tip: your Sonicare toothbrush also fits on the charger. Saves some space on the sink.
