I bought this to replace a Canon MX860 which has served me well for many years. I configured it for wireless printing but my wired desktop couldn't connect to them (they are on the same subnet) so I had to make a wired connection. The scanner is limited to 600 dpi, which is less than I expected and half that of the MX860. The print quality is also inferior. I find that lifting the front panel and pulling out the paper tray each time before printing is inconvenient (unless you leave it that way permanently), and both the front panel and paper tray seem flimsy and cheap. A very average product from Canon.
