The Jamie Oliver Pro 4 Dual Fuel with Side Burner is a charcoal and gas barbecue. It has a separate charcoal part with an iron grill rack that has a 50x45-centimeter cooking surface. The gas part's iron grill rack has a 110x45-centimeter cooking surface. The outdoor kitchen has 4 main burners. The barbecue has a grease drain, so grease won't get into the burners. This increases safety while barbecuing. In addition, the barbecue has a side burner, and you can use the included griddles (smooth and ribbed) to prepare delicate ingredients. With the warming rack, you'll keep dishes warm, and with the lid, meat will cook evenly. You can see the temperature on the integrated thermometer.
