The flavor and the fun of an authentic charcoal barbecue, with the convenience of a gas barbecue. That's the Everdure Hub, developed by chef Heston Blumental. The coals of this stylish and matte black will ignite with 1 push of a button, so you won't need to fuss with firelighters and briquettes. The chromed steel rack is heat resistant, so you can lift it during use in order to move or add coals. This way, you can create a cooking surface of which you can control the amount of heat. This allows you to, for example, grill a large piece of meat on one side of the grill and a delicate piece of fish on the other side. Still not convinced? The included and patented rotisserie system will convince you. You can easily click the spit into the holders and the motor is discretely hidden. The Everdure Hub truly has everything you could wish for.

The Everdure Hub bbq was in my wish list for a while. I finally got and couldn’t be more satisfied. The building quality is superb. It feels very solid and durable. The size of the grilling are allows for cooking for many people or creating different temperature zones by concentrating charcoal in different parts. The electric fire starting system really makes life easier. Just put the charcoal, press a button and in less than 10 minutes the charcoal is lit.
The Hub is a little expensive but the size, its features and the quality material justifies the price.
