I bought this phone for my 90 year old mother. Every first use is difficult for her even though the buttons look largely the same as her previous phone. She now enjoys using it, but in combination with her hearing aids she does not always understand everything. The sound boost knob on the side helps, but it would be helpful if the volume could be set above 5. Or that the sound reinforcement starts automatically!
