ETNA FGV460RVS

The first thing that strikes me about the ETNA FGV460RVS is how practical the cooker is. In the spacious storage drawer at the bottom there is room for many kitchen utensils. Thanks to the cover plate, you prevent the hob from getting dusty and dirty. Between the rotary knobs is a display with a timer. Handy, because that way I don't forget to take my food out of the oven on time.

Crispy vegetables thanks to the wok burner The first thing I use is the wok burner. This large cooking zone supplies almost 4 kilowatts, making the bottom of the pan extra hot. Meat cooks quickly without becoming tough and vegetables remain crispy. The wok burner is not only suitable for a wok, but also a large pan of soup gets hot quickly. Handy, because that's how I prepare my favorite vegetable soup in no time.

Pans do not slide It happens to me more often than I'd like: pans that slide while stirring. Especially when I have several pans on the stove at the same time, I often stir in a bit of a hurry. Thanks to the cast iron pan supports, this is a thing of the past. The pans remain stable on this and do not slide away. This is how I stir my teriyaki sauce while checking to make sure my rice doesn't boil over.

Lots of space in the storage compartment I always run out of storage space in my kitchen cupboards. This stove lends me a hand, because in the spacious storage compartment at the bottom I have room for several pans. This drawer is also suitable for baking trays and baking tins, so that everything is together during baking. So I quickly bend down to grab something.

The precise temperature is difficult to set In the oven of the stove I can easily make different dishes. The highest temperature is 275 degrees Celsius. That's great, because homemade pizzas are also cooked properly this way. And thanks to a minimum oven temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, I let meat cook slowly. However, it is sometimes difficult to choose the exact temperature. The steps at the button are indicated per 50 degrees, so you have to look carefully during the setting.

My husband and I are very happy with the stove. The frustration of pans sliding almost and sometimes completely off the stove is a thing of the past with this stove. Because the buttons are on the front, there is more space for the pans. Two large pans next to each other is no problem, you really have enough space.

The oven is spacious and works great. Sometimes so good that the time indicated on packaging is sometimes a bit too long. If you take this into account, you can make the most delicious dishes and bakes. The stove also looks very nice.

Because I am not that tall, I quickly stand against the control buttons so that the automatic igniter switches on. The hot air oven makes a lot of noise. I find it more practical if a simmer pit is located at the back. An okay buy for the amount.
