The NordicTrack E400 is a sturdy elliptical for people who want to lose weight or improve their condition. You can also use Bluetooth to connect the E400 to your tablet to follow interactive training sessions with iFit. Since the machine's propulsion is on the back, your steps are slightly longer, making your movements feel natural. The machine has built-in heart rate sensors that let you regularly check your heart rate. The compact screen shows you important training data, including your calorie consumption, distance, and heart rate.
