The ProForm 105 CST is an entry-level treadmill with which you can achieve your sporting goals in a short time. The device is suitable for people who want to lose pounds at home, thanks to the 6 training programs specifically aimed at losing weight. You also connect the device to your tablet with iFit for more training options. For an extra heavy training you also manually set the incline to 6%. The compact screen that shows your performance data and the large control buttons make the 105 CST pleasant to use. The sturdy cushioning layer on the tread reduces the strain on your joints. After using the treadmill you can save space in the room relatively easily by folding the tread up.
