With the Weider Pro Power Rack you can do a variety of strength exercises for the upper body in an effective way. The sturdy steel power station is suitable for intensive home use by the fanatic athlete. You use different parts for different exercises. For example, the Power Rack contains pull-up bars for pull-up exercises, a dip station for arm dips and a pull bar that you can use to handle your shoulders, among other things. You train based on your own body weight, or use weights to make certain exercises heavier. However, no weights are supplied.
