I had my eye on this game for a long time: the Professor Layton series is in my opinion the best game series for Nintendo, because of its originality, great mysteries and many puzzles.
A game for young and old, from 8 to 9 years. This was the age when I started playing these games.
Layton's mystery journey continues where Professor Layton left off. The daughter of the famous professor Layton, Katriëlle, follows in her father's footsteps and sets up a detective agency in the heart of London. She works on various cases that come her way, each with a special twist.
It's a huge difference: the image you knew from the 3ds and the puzzles you solved on that small screen are a thing of the past, everything can now be solved on the big screen. A huge improvement in which the details and 'works of art', because that's what the animations sometimes are, can be seen even better.
More than 550 puzzles are available, many of which are daily puzzles.
For the rest, everything that a Layton fan knew from the previous games is there: minigames, daily puzzles, etc. There is even a special share that brings up all the nostalgia from the previous games, I won't say more about it.
I'm not very far in the game myself, because I know that if I keep playing, I won't be able to stop easily.
I was lucky enough to buy the game. A very favorable offer via Coolblue happened by chance, after which I couldn't let this go.
This game is also highly recommended for new players or people without 3ds, the price is below all other known games but the quality is certainly not inferior.
