You'll also stay informed of your calories burned, steps taken, and your sleep. The watch case is 1.56 inches, so it's also suitable for a thinner wrist. The smartwatch automatically recognizes the moment you begin your training. Nobody around to join you in your exercise? With the virtual partner, your watch will always give you a worthy opponent. You can easily connect the smartwatch to your Android or Apple smartphone via Bluetooth. That way, you can see notifications of WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram coming in on your wrist.
Note: an adapter isn't included. Do you want to charge the watch via a socket? If so, order an adapter separately.
