I have been using this Epson for a few days now and I am mainly positive about this beamer. The only real downside for me is the noise that the fan makes when using the full light output, especially necessary if you want to watch in a lot of ambient light. cinema mode with the light output at 50 percent, so in eco mode, the fan sound is not that bad. Pretty pleasant image to view in a dark room. soundbar or AVR is really necessary to enjoy the sound. The beamer is fairly easy to install and looks beautiful. I like to leave the final assessment of the image quality to experts in this field, but as far as I'm concerned this laser beamer is certainly worth its money, especially when you consider that a few years ago such devices were still unaffordable for the average consumer.
