Unlike the Classic II, the Kamado Joe Classic III has a 'Sloroller', which gives the meat the right texture and taste when you grill at a low temperature (up to 260 degrees Celsius). The Sloroller circulates smoke and heat through the kamado. To adjust the temperature in the barbecue, use the stripes on the air slider. You don't have to be a barbecue expert to raise or lower the temperature in the barbecue. It's easier to lift the lid of this barbecue than of other Kamados, thanks to the specially designed hinge. The ashes are collected in the removable ash tray, so it takes less time to clean the barbecue. You'll be able to relax within no time.

Very good product. There is a routine linked to the cooking on this device that you need to be ready to. But once you start it became a hobby type of routine.
