This is an addition to my previous review. Very much regret this purchase. You have to hang up yourself with a tiny button when you receive a call, if not, you just keep talking. Our mother does that way too easily wrong and is therefore completely unreachable!!! What you just don't want for an elderly person. Too bad we used it and I don't think it can be returned. It goes straight into the trash.
