The Patton Kamado 16-inch Premium is a ceramic barbecue which allows you to grill, bake, smoke and roast your dishes. Thanks to the lid, heat and moisture are retained so that the meat doesn't dry out. The grill surface has a diameter of 32.5 centimeters, which is big enough for a maximum of 4 people. The barbecue can withstand temperatures of up to a 1000 degrees Celsius, during which you can control the air flow. With the integrated lid thermometer, you can monitor the temperature. Rather let the barbecue do its work and get an alert when the meat is ready? Use the handy app for your smartphone, which shows you the core temperature of the meat. After use, you can easily drive the barbecue away, using the wheels on the underframe.
