I barely used the phone but after 6 months I couldn't make calls with it anymore. After 3 resets I could no longer receive calls. The Gigaset manual and website offer no solution and Gigaset customer service can only be reached (paid) by telephone. Which is quite inconvenient if your phone no longer works.
