With the Napoleon Grills Prestige 665 Stainless Steel, you'll have an outdoor kitchen that allows you to prepare a meal for the whole neighborhood. The infrared side burner with sizzle zone can be used to warm up sauces, but also to seal a piece of meat or fish. You can keep the dishes that are ready warm on the warming rack. This is very handy, because it allows you to immediately see which burners are on or off.
To prevent discoloration of the stainless steel, it's important that you let the side burner cool before closing the cover.
