Before you start grilling, you can place all your utensils on the side tables and hang your barbecue tools on the hooks. That way, you always have everything you need over at the barbecue. You can adjust the temperature in the ceramic charcoal barbecue by using the air supply racks at the top and the bottom of the Kamado. Thanks to the integrated lid thermometer, you can see right away whether the barbecue is already at temperature. After use, you can remove the ashes by emptying the ash catcher. Is barbecue season over? You can collapse the side tables and easily wheel the barbecue to the shed or garage.
