Since this could probably be solved with the installation of the available software, I tried to install it. To my surprise, Sennheiser no longer supports Windows 7, so I had to upgrade my Windows to version 10. The software itself could have been better, it is quite weak in terms of options and possibilities and in my opinion not worth buying Windows 10 for this. It is worth mentioning that since the installation to Windows 10, the connection has not dropped while gaming.
