With the Kidde 10Y29 smoke detector, you always get a warning in case of fire or smoke development. This smoke detector has a sensitive sensor, so you'll hear a loud audio signal on time in case of a fire. The built-in lithium battery lasts up to 10 years. This means you don't have to replace the battery every year. Did the alarm go off while you're baking or grilling? Use the Hush function to switch off the audio signal for 10 minutes without having to switch off the smoke detector.
