Afterwards purchased a WiFi direct module to work without cables and/or router. This does not work at all, we are now using the utp cable and router again! The device always ended up in an offline mode for which HP does not have a ready-made solution. Device is in the same room so it can't be distance. A 2nd problem we encounter is scanning to a USB drive. First and foremost, the drive must be formatted in the correct format. And after that, the HP device may need to be restarted to recognize the USB. Shouldn't either! If we weigh the pros and cons, it is clear that it has already brought a lot of frustrations. Not really a success for us so far
