The MX Keys is a very nice keyboard. You don't have to charge the keyboard often and the connection is very stable. Personally, I also really like tapping the keyboard, but everyone has their own preference here. I also tried a Satechi bluetooth keyboard for Apple at the second home workplace for a while. I don't think the Mac version adds much more than the normal Windows/Mac version. The functionality is basically the same, only the Mac version has an Apple layout.
