Never had such a comfortable headset on before, I found the sound quality and microphone worse than corsair's but I really didn't mind as I could wear this headset for hours without pain. But now the nightmare: Almost every other day suddenly the sound did not work and or the chat mix. So we spent at least 1 hour every other day trying to figure out why and what was messing with the software, but couldn't find anything, today it was that time again and suddenly I couldn't get any sound out because there was something wrong with the software. Tried everything online to get it to work but to no avail so returning for a new headset not steelseries, hopefully I can find one that does the job and is just as comfortable.
