The speakers are fine I use them for the record player and also with Bluetooth. Bluetooth sound quality is super good but of course not as good as you have Aptx. You can buy a separate Bluetooth module for this or a module with Bluetooth in Wi-Fi. Note that this costs quite a bit of money but then you have extra options and super good sound. The speakers are reasonably compact and fit easily on your desk, they are still big enough to create a big sound and have good acoustics in my opinion. The subwoofer is also certainly something, it is quite large but still compact to work away. The bass is adjustable via the remote control and on the back of the subwoofer there is also a button for the volume and for the bass +/-. You can also connect it to your TV so that you have a kind of soundbar, of course in this case you have much better sound quality and a wide stereo image.

The speakers are really beautiful to look at and really take you back to the 70s, the connections on the other hand also contribute to this. It works fine but it could have been a bit more modern in my opinion. There is quite a bit of wire on the speakers but if you get rid of this you will certainly not be bothered by it. If you don't like spaghetti behind your cabinets then you might be better off choosing something else.
