With this dishwasher I can easily load 13 place settings of dishes, thanks to the many adjustable parts. The special spray arms rinse all your dirty dishes thoroughly and with a very low noise level. This dishwasher is therefore very nice for my open kitchen. With energy class C I save on energy. That's a bonus. First impression The dishwasher has space for 13 place settings of dishes, which is enough for me and my partner. When I organize the dishwasher, I see that there are many possibilities. There are many racks that I can adjust. Instead of 1 large one, there are 2 smaller cutlery baskets that I can easily remove. On the energy label I see that the dishwasher has energy class C. This way I save energy costs. Adjustable as needed I can easily adjust the top basket quite a bit upwards. This gives me plenty of space at the bottom for tall pans. I make soup regularly, so that is very convenient. I adjust the upper basket in 3 different ways. I use the special slider to adjust the rack as I need it. This way I make room for plates, mugs and brandy glasses or tall wine glasses. I can easily fold the racks in and out at the bottom of the dishwasher. This is how I decide whether I want room for deep or shallow plates. Programs When I open the dishwasher, I see that there are enough programs. For example, there is a Hygiene Care program, which allows me to wash my dishes extra hygienically. I also have programs for glassware, intensive cleaning and an automatic program that determines the best setting itself. The Eco program lasts a very long time at 4 hours and 15 minutes. Luckily I shortened this to 2 hours and 40 minutes. For small dishes I use the half load function. The disadvantage is that it only rinses the lower basket. That is less convenient when I only have a lot of mugs and glasses. After the program, the dishwasher opens automatically, so that my plastic containers also dry properly. WaterJetClean The dishwasher has 4 different spray arms in the machine. There are 2 WaterJet spray arms at the bottom, both of which rotate in different directions during washing. I notice that all my dishes in the lower basket come out really clean. The water jets hit every corner. Quiet My dishwasher is in an open kitchen. Fortunately, it is very quiet during the washing program at 42 decibels, so I can also turn it on during the day. When I watch a movie, I use the extra silent program. The dishwasher is 2 decibels quieter and I am not bothered by any disturbing noise.

I had the opportunity to test this dishwasher for a number of weeks. The first impression is that it has a nice solid interior. The racks/drawers are sturdy and run smoothly. The top rack is height adjustable and the layout is easy to adjust in both. The cutlery basket consists of two separate parts, which makes it extra easy to handle and less heavy. The rack layout is different compared to the previous dishwasher, which meant that it took some time to find the dexterity to make optimal use of the space. The installation and use of the SmartThings app was easy and quick. In the app you can change the settings of the dishwasher, additional options such as start delay, select rack selection for ½ load and easily choose the most optimal program or let the app help you choose using the washing guidelines. There are many options to adjust to your own preference. You can also set the AI Energy Mode in the app, so that the dishwasher automatically saves energy. You can also see and monitor this in the app. In the app you can follow the progress of the program and the remaining time, and it also gives an indication at what time the program is ready. I personally find this very practical and helps with family planning. The dishwasher is already very quiet in use without using the 'extra quiet' mode. It's nice that you can see via the light on the ground and/or the app that he is working on his program, you hardly hear it. The different programs that have been used so far all clean and dry the dishes excellently.

I have been able to test this dishwasher recently. This Samsung built-in dishwasher is easy to use, it is clear to see which programs are available. You can set these programs on the dishwasher itself, but also via the SmartThings app. You can also have this smart dishwasher automatically choose a program itself. I was surprised at how quiet this dishwasher is! I find it very useful that a light comes on when the dishwasher is on, because sometimes you don't even hear it. I have now tried all the programs and functions and I must honestly say that I am more enthusiastic about one program than the other. There are a number of very long programs (4:15 hours for the Eco program and 4:19 on extra quiet), I personally find this very long and I only run it if I run the dishwasher at night because here goes I don't wait for it during the day. I found the plastic program a bit disappointing. As a mother of two children, we regularly use plastic plates and cups, but I found that they did not dry properly. In addition, I don't like the idea that the cups and plates not only feel wet, but also a bit slippery, probably due to the dishwasher tablets (I have used several brands and the result remained the same). So I rinse these products after they have been in the dishwasher and then dry them by hand. I don't think this is quite the intention. In my opinion, the layout of the top rack could have been a bit more practical, I can now fit fewer cups, etc. than in my previous dishwasher. I must say that the dishes generally come out of the dishwasher very clean, even without pre-rinsing. I really like using the SmartThings app. You can choose which program you want to use and you can also indicate what products are in the dishwasher to receive advice for a specific program. You can also see where the dishwasher is currently in the program (washing, drying, etc.) and you will receive notifications when the salt or rinse aid has run out. Ideal! All in all, I am satisfied with the dishwasher.
