That's useful if you often have guests or a large family. You never grill your meat too well-done thanks to the cooking indicator. This gives you a signal when the meat has reached the desired doneness. That way, you always gill your meat the way you want. The contact grill also has 9 preprogrammed grilling programs, so you have the right settings at the press of a button. Want to set the temperature yourself? Use the dial on the side of the grill.
