The printer is great, very fast and the quality is top. Pictures and photos (on normal paper) are also of good quality. What was disappointing was the installation. Since I don't have a DVD/CD player in my laptop, the software has to be downloaded. This did not go well as there are different versions. The scanner also did not work initially.
